R&B VENTURES RENTAL POLICIESSmoking PolicySmoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside all R&B Ventures vehicles.Evidence of smoking including odor, ash, residue, or burn marks will result in a $300 cleaning fee charged to the renter.Cleaning PolicyVehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition.Excessive dirt, stains, spills, or trash may result in a cleaning fee up to $300.Fuel PolicyVehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.Failure to return the vehicle with the same fuel level may result in a refueling charge plus service fee.Late Return PolicyVehicles returned after the scheduled return time may incur additional hourly or daily rental charges.Damage ResponsibilityRenters are responsible for vehicle damage according to the selected protection plan and rental agreement.Driver RequirementsDrivers must present a valid driver's license and meet eligibility requirements prior to vehicle pickup.

By submitting payment information:-You authorize R&B Ventures to charge rental fees and applicable taxes.
-You authorize pre-authorization holds for security deposits.

-You authorize capture of funds in accordance with your signed Rental Agreement.
All payment processing is conducted through third-party payment providers.3. Refundable Incident HoldAt the start of each rental, R&B Ventures may place a refundable incident hold on the renter’s payment method.This hold is not a charge and is used to cover potential incidental charges, including:vehicle damage
tolls or traffic violations
late returns or additional rental time
cleaning or administrative feesIf no additional charges are incurred, the hold will be released after the rental period. Depending on the renter’s financial institution, it may take several business days for the funds to become available.4. Arbitration & Dispute ResolutionTo promote fairness and efficiency, any dispute arising from use of this website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada, unless prohibited by law.
